The Burlington Mall is an upscale two-story indoor shopping center with a wide range of stores. If you’re looking for a wide variety of shops in a single place, this is the best place to start. As a Simon Mall, they have everything from Apple to Anthropologie, and staples like Gap, J. Crew, Macy’s, and more. The Burlington Mall is ideal for winter shopping since you can browse indoors. See their full directory of stores here.
Wayside Shopping Center
6 Wayside Road, Burlington, 01803
Another convenient place to stop is the Wayside Shopping Center on Wayside Road. This shopping center houses a great mix of over 30 stores like PaperSource, LL Bean, west elm, and LOFT. A lot of shops at Wayside Shopping Center are stores that you won't find at the Burlington Mall, making it a destination of its own.
3rd Avenue, Burlington, MA 01803
3rd Avenue offers a handful of home design shops like Boston Interiors, Flor, and Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams. You can also find several smaller boutique shops like Quinstance (read more about this shop below!) and Jenny Boston. After walking from store to store, we recommend warming up with a hot cup of tea from David’s Tea!
Boutiques in Burlington, MA and Beyond
If you prefer to shop small, there are some wonderful options in the area! One of our favorites in Burlington is Quinstance. The shop carries artisan products of all kinds, including items made by woodworkers, jewelry designers, glassblowers, soapmakers, and seamstresses. Ninety percent of the products that they carry are American-made, and the remaining 10% are from by female makers around the world. In the shop you’ll find Fairbault blankets and textiles, servingware from Farmhouse Pottery, letterpress coasters, and many other products displayed on their “beehive” wall.
